Job Summary

A healthcare solutions provider is seeking a Remote Customer Success Director.

Must be able to:

  • Work and function as an integral part of Premier’s member facing teams which includes business units, sales, group purchasing, product, marketing and advisory services
  • Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
  • Oversee a team of specialists whose role is to manage the relations with their client base to ensure their continued growth

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 7 or more years applicable experience
  • Bookings, Client Relationship Management, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Renewals, Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Business Intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
