Job Summary
A healthcare solutions provider is seeking a Remote Customer Success Director.
Must be able to:
- Work and function as an integral part of Premier’s member facing teams which includes business units, sales, group purchasing, product, marketing and advisory services
- Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
- Oversee a team of specialists whose role is to manage the relations with their client base to ensure their continued growth
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelors degree
- 7 or more years applicable experience
- Bookings, Client Relationship Management, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Renewals, Return on Investment (ROI)
- Business Intelligence
- Excellent communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
