Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Director.

Must be able to:

  • Forecast retention numbers and remain consistent in that effort
  • Lead the strategic customer success team
  • Manage customer relationships

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience with forecasting renewal numbers
  • 4+ Years of managing a customer success team
  • Technically adaptive
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
  • 7 years of professional B2B selling and/or renewal experience in technology sales
  • Excellent presentation, and negotiation skills
