Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Director.
Must be able to:
- Forecast retention numbers and remain consistent in that effort
- Lead the strategic customer success team
- Manage customer relationships
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience with forecasting renewal numbers
- 4+ Years of managing a customer success team
- Technically adaptive
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
- 7 years of professional B2B selling and/or renewal experience in technology sales
- Excellent presentation, and negotiation skills
