Job Summary

An internet services company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and leading a highly engaged, high performing team that regularly exercises good judgment and decision quality
  • Developing plans for team members’ continued career growth and have regular coaching and feedback sessions
  • Developing and implementing effective, repeatable processes and playbooks for your team

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years director-level experience (in marketing or CS) leading a high-performing team
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring
  • Demonstrated history of strong team performance, preferably in hypergrowth environments
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross functionally to improve processes
