A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and articulating customer business objectives in order to meet and exceed them
- Building on leads generated by sales and business development
- Growing and managing a portfolio of business with responsibility for growth and retention
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS Degree
- Strong expertise in health benefits and healthcare data (a must)
- Proven track record of high customer NPS and renewals management
- 5+ years of client/account management at senior level
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of SaaS business model
