Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Setting up and driving the account management cadence
- Acting as a strong voice and internal advocate for the customer
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of Customer Success experience managing large enterprise relationships
- Past experience managing a $50M+ book of business
- Ability to navigate large organizations’ political landscape
