An e-commerce growth company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Director .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Implementing industry best practices to ensure our customers consistently achieve their business goals
- Owning the adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion metrics and processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business, communication, marketing
- 5+ years of professional experience in progressively challenging people-leadership roles
- Ecommerce and SaaS experience is required, you know the lingo, the KPIs
