A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Director in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring that our product is driving value for our customers in partnership with our product team
- Building the best team of CSMs in security who are true partners with Fortune 1000 security teams
- Proposing improvements to your team’s organizational structure, processes, and customer engagement practices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in customer success management
- Background partnering with security teams and supporting technical, data-driven products
- Prior experience at early stage startups and B2B software
- Strong ability to balance customer and business needs especially as priorities and focus areas for the business change
- Responsibility for renewal targets
