A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Director in Chicago.

  • Proposing improvements to your team’s organizational structure, processes, and customer engagement practices

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in customer success management
  • Background partnering with security teams and supporting technical, data-driven products
  • Prior experience at early stage startups and B2B software
  • Strong ability to balance customer and business needs especially as priorities and focus areas for the business change
  • Responsibility for renewal targets
