Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Director in Long Beach.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Tracking the health of assigned accounts
- Assisting on other account level activities
- Contributing to documentation efforts, both internally and publically facing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Expected to travel 30% of the time on average
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years in Customer Success or technical discipline required
- Able to understand majority of large enterprise IT concepts
- World class customer facing and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to always go above and beyond for the customer
