Job Summary
An infrastructure and information management company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Director in Minneapolis.
Must be able to:
- Support TAMs and Sales teams on individual accounts
- Ensure our customers are actively engaged with the wider company business
- Contribute to documentation efforts, both internally and publically facing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Expected to travel 30% of the time on average
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years in Customer Success or technical discipline
- Technically astute. Able to understand majority of large enterprise IT concepts
- Consultative mindset combined with project based execution approach
- Excellent organizational abilities
