Job Summary

An infrastructure and information management company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Director in Minneapolis.

Must be able to:

  • Support TAMs and Sales teams on individual accounts
  • Ensure our customers are actively engaged with the wider company business
  • Contribute to documentation efforts, both internally and publically facing

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Expected to travel 30% of the time on average
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years in Customer Success or technical discipline
  • Technically astute. Able to understand majority of large enterprise IT concepts
  • Consultative mindset combined with project based execution approach
  • Excellent organizational abilities
