Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Director in Oklahoma City.
Must be able to:
- Track the health of assigned accounts
- Contribute to documentation efforts, both internally and publically facing
- Assist on other account level activities
Position Requirements Include:
- Expected to travel 30% of the time on average
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years in Customer Success or technical discipline required
- Able to understand majority of large enterprise IT concepts
- Excellent organizational abilities
