Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Director in Oklahoma City.

Must be able to:

  • Track the health of assigned accounts
  • Contribute to documentation efforts, both internally and publically facing
  • Assist on other account level activities

Position Requirements Include:

  • Expected to travel 30% of the time on average
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years in Customer Success or technical discipline required
  • Able to understand majority of large enterprise IT concepts
  • Excellent organizational abilities
