A developer of real estate marketing tools is seeking a Remote Customer Success Director or Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a team of account managers, customer success managers, and onboarding specialists
- Developing initiatives that deliver unique value to customers
- Examining the various stages of the customer journey
