A developer of real estate marketing tools is seeking a Remote Customer Success Director or Senior Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a team of account managers, customer success managers, and onboarding specialists
  • Developing initiatives that deliver unique value to customers
  • Examining the various stages of the customer journey

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must be a proven and effective leader of people
  • You’re not the over-engineering type
  • You’re a curious learner and willing to try new ways of doing things
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in customer-facing strategy and execution
  • A deep interest in the real estate industry
