Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building best practices for onboarding across different technologies
  • Coding and committing relevant upgrades and changes
  • Acting as the voice of the customer

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience working directly with customers to debug common errors
  • 2 years of technical product support, engineering, or experience deploying software
  • Demonstrated and proven capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies
  • You know how to work with Git in general and ideally GitHub in particular
