Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building best practices for onboarding across different technologies
- Coding and committing relevant upgrades and changes
- Acting as the voice of the customer
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working directly with customers to debug common errors
- 2 years of technical product support, engineering, or experience deploying software
- Demonstrated and proven capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies
- You know how to work with Git in general and ideally GitHub in particular
