Job Summary
A technology solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Troubleshooting and answering product and basic technical questions that come up
- Developing a strong relationship with the customer built on trust, execution and ROI
- Partnering with Sales to identify upsell opportunities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Approximately 25-30% travel
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
- 3+ years in a technical engineering, services or support role
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a customer facing customer success
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient with SQL, Linux/Unix, Web-based app design, JAVA/JavaScript and database schemas
