Job Summary

A technology solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Troubleshooting and answering product and basic technical questions that come up
  • Developing a strong relationship with the customer built on trust, execution and ROI
  • Partnering with Sales to identify upsell opportunities

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Approximately 25-30% travel
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
  • 3+ years in a technical engineering, services or support role
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a customer facing customer success
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient with SQL, Linux/Unix, Web-based app design, JAVA/JavaScript and database schemas
