A developer of business intelligence analysis software has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Engineer in Newton.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing superior customer support for our products
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of product documentations and tutorial videos
- Participating in delivering standard and customized training for end users
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Bachelors Degree in computer science or related discipline
- 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in support, pre-sales, sales engineering, etc
- Experience and deep understanding of Technology and Solutions Selling
- Demonstrated technical experience in traditional and big data technologies
- Hadoop experience required
