Job Summary
An information technology and services company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Demo new products and features, and share product roadmaps
- Hold Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with C-level executives and other decision makers
- Proactively manage the client's lifecycle, from onboarding through extensive growth and renewal
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in computer-science or related field or relevant work experience
- 5+ years' experience working in external client-facing technical roles (e.g., Customer Success, Tech-Support, Pre-sales, Consulting)
- Experience working with cloud-compute platforms (IaaS, PaaS)
- Experience working at a fast-paced global software company
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, e.g., Jenkins, Gitlab, Chef, Ansible
