Job Summary

An IT company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Engineer in Charleston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting customers with new integrations and troubleshooting problematic integrations
  • Developing custom solutions and package custom solutions for customers
  • Assisting customers with designing and scaling new and existing deployments

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Occasional internal and onsite customer visits may be required
  • Knowledge of SaaS and SRE
  • BS in Computer Science or related experience
  • Demonstrable experience with code analysis, debugging, defect analysis, full lifecycle of development, and testing
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and some knowledge of Windows systems
  • Experience with VM provisioning and lifecycle that leverage orchestration routines
