Job Summary
An IT company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Engineer in Charleston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting customers with new integrations and troubleshooting problematic integrations
- Developing custom solutions and package custom solutions for customers
- Assisting customers with designing and scaling new and existing deployments
Qualifications for this position include:
- Occasional internal and onsite customer visits may be required
- Knowledge of SaaS and SRE
- BS in Computer Science or related experience
- Demonstrable experience with code analysis, debugging, defect analysis, full lifecycle of development, and testing
- Strong knowledge of Linux and some knowledge of Windows systems
- Experience with VM provisioning and lifecycle that leverage orchestration routines
