Job Summary

An IT company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Engineer in Charleston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Assisting customers with new integrations and troubleshooting problematic integrations
Developing custom solutions and package custom solutions for customers
Assisting customers with designing and scaling new and existing deployments

Qualifications for this position include:

Occasional internal and onsite customer visits may be required
Knowledge of SaaS and SRE
BS in Computer Science or related experience
Demonstrable experience with code analysis, debugging, defect analysis, full lifecycle of development, and testing
Strong knowledge of Linux and some knowledge of Windows systems
Experience with VM provisioning and lifecycle that leverage orchestration routines
