Job Summary
An IT services company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Engineer in San Francisco.
Must be able to:
- Equip stakeholders with the capabilities to effectively execute their digital strategy
- Develop custom JavaScript functions to capture data analytics and satisfy complex use cases
- Configure alerts, dashboards, and reports to give to clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions
- Understanding of web technologies, analytics, front-end development, and UX/UI best practices
- Proficiency in JavaScript development
