Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Engineering Director.

  • Monitoring customer infrastructure health, identify & respond to all variations in health metrics
  • Supporting customers by integrating their business context into our platform
  • Driving continuous improvement in key financial efficiency metrics for the CSE team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to manage effectively against business/financial metrics and budget
  • A college degree, 7+ years of experience or other compelling background
  • Solid understanding of a wide array of security and IT technologies
