Job Summary

A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Executive Director in Watertown.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Being responsible and accountable for customer satisfaction and retention within assigned book of accounts
  • Mentoring, coaching, and supervising the overall performance of the staff
  • Directing the team in the performance of prescribed service model for their respective clients
