A customer service software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Executive Vice President.

Position Requirements Include:

  • 10+ years of overall Customer Success experience
  • 3 years in progressive senior leadership roles
  • Experience scaling and leading a large Customer Success team
  • Experience with the Totango platform required
  • Strong people leader with demonstrated ability to build a followership
