Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Global Renewal Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Achieving target renewal rates against quota for territory of renewals
- Monitoring the adoption rates of assigned accounts
- Developing basic proficiency with all SIG solutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience negotiating subscription contract renewals
- 1-2 year's account management, customer success or sales experience
- Bachelors' degree in a related field
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, application security, and/or related field
