Job Summary
Non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Head.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing a strong relationship with your direct reports
- Getting a baseline of the customer base
- Implementing internal process enhancements and organizational initiatives
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel to customer locations
- 5+ years managing customer-facing teams
- 2+ years in a complex, regulated industry
- Excellent speaking and writing skills
- Strong quantitative skills
- Expertise in establishing processes and enforcing policies
