Job Summary
A company that helps media-rich organizations create powerful content is seeking a Remote Customer Success Head.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing the overall vision and strategic plan for the Customer Success, focusing on increasing product adoption, leading a positive customer experience, and driving growth by optimizing the customer lifecycle
- Collaborating across teams and working closely with sales management and product marketing to align on strategies and account opportunities
- Influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience building and nurturing a strong customer success org but also able to connect with our customers executives
- Willingness and ability to address client issues with speed and urgency
- Possession of a strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate teams
- 3+ years of work experience in Customer Success, IT/Cloud Management or Consulting
- Proven understanding of key customer success concepts, such as data-driven and business outcomes
- Technical and SaaS experience with ability to speak to technical customers in their language
