Job Summary

A company that helps media-rich organizations create powerful content is seeking a Remote Customer Success Head.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing the overall vision and strategic plan for the Customer Success, focusing on increasing product adoption, leading a positive customer experience, and driving growth by optimizing the customer lifecycle
  • Collaborating across teams and working closely with sales management and product marketing to align on strategies and account opportunities
  • Influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience building and nurturing a strong customer success org but also able to connect with our customers executives
  • Willingness and ability to address client issues with speed and urgency
  • Possession of a strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate teams
  • 3+ years of work experience in Customer Success, IT/Cloud Management or Consulting
  • Proven understanding of key customer success concepts, such as data-driven and business outcomes
  • Technical and SaaS experience with ability to speak to technical customers in their language
