Job Summary
A construction technology and services company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Head.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading a B2B Customer Success organization at a data-driven fast-growth technology startup
- Driving product adoption, lead positive customer experience, upsells, and renewals
- Developing self-service onboarding process and support documentation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ideally 5+ years of experience managing strategy and execution at a high-growth startup, ideally Series A or B
- Successfully managed and a portfolio of software products in the SMB market segment, focusing on upsells and renewals
- Proven success of making data-driven decisions with the spirit of innovation
- Excellent people management and performance optimization skills
