Job Summary

A construction technology and services company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Head.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading a B2B Customer Success organization at a data-driven fast-growth technology startup
  • Driving product adoption, lead positive customer experience, upsells, and renewals
  • Developing self-service onboarding process and support documentation

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience managing strategy and execution at a high-growth startup, ideally Series A or B
  • Successfully managed and a portfolio of software products in the SMB market segment, focusing on upsells and renewals
  • Proven success of making data-driven decisions with the spirit of innovation
  • Excellent people management and performance optimization skills
