Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Head in Minneapolis.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Establishing and monitoring performance indicators using appropriate metrics/KPIs
- Overseeing relevant vendor relationships and managing integrations of third-party software with our help desk solution
- Creating policies and processing (returns, warranty, etc.) that focus on delivering a superior customer experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience in a Customer Success/Support management role
- A proven track record of successfully building teams, developing support strategies, and implementing CS technology
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
- A passion for UX
