Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Head in Minneapolis.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Establishing and monitoring performance indicators using appropriate metrics/KPIs
  • Overseeing relevant vendor relationships and managing integrations of third-party software with our help desk solution
  • Creating policies and processing (returns, warranty, etc.) that focus on delivering a superior customer experience

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years experience in a Customer Success/Support management role
  • A proven track record of successfully building teams, developing support strategies, and implementing CS technology
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
  • A passion for UX
