A content service company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Investment Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building and iterating on an onboarding plan for new subscribers
• Developing effective ways to connect with users throughout their customer journey
• Finding the right time and approach to upgrade monthly subscribers to an annual plan

Qualifications Include:

• Regularly get together at company events
• Minimum of two years of demonstrable experience doing something similar
• Substantial Investing/trading experience and a deep understanding of the financial markets
• A customer-centric approach and agility in showing value to different customer personas
• Data-driven mentality
