Job Summary

A podcast hosting company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Combining technical expertise with customer service to resolve questions and issues
  • Documenting and building new tools to improve support flows
  • Assisting with successful on-boarding of new customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • English fluency (written and spoken)
  • Ability to cover US hours noon-5pm EST
  • Available 20 hours per week
  • Experience in a similar role at another SaaS company
  • Excellent customer service skills
