A podcast hosting company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Combining technical expertise with customer service to resolve questions and issues
- Documenting and building new tools to improve support flows
- Assisting with successful on-boarding of new customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- English fluency (written and spoken)
- Ability to cover US hours noon-5pm EST
- Available 20 hours per week
- Experience in a similar role at another SaaS company
- Excellent customer service skills
