Job Summary

A digital transformation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting effective discovery of customer needs and requirements
  • Proposing solutions for customers and prospects and participate in proposal development
  • Developing unique, use-case driven presentations and demonstrations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in the Life Sciences, Business or Computer Science
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud application technologies
  • Deep understanding and keen interest of healthcare and life science industry concepts
  • 6 years of previous Life Sciences consulting and/or industry experience
  • Must have strong proposal writing experience on technical sections
  • Exposure to formal sales methodologies ie: SPIN, Proactive, Challenger, TAS, MEDDIC, etc
