Job Summary

An energy company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Serve as the highest level of customer issue escalation from the call center and call center management
  • Assist Legal and Quality Assurance teams with responding to regulatory complaints
  • Review and manage all online and social media account direct communications

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree or greater
  • Previous experience in the energy industry, service contracts, or financial contracts
  • Proficient at multitasking between phone calls, emails, chat, and social media
  • Experience with understanding customer data and trends
  • You provide outstanding internal and external customer service
  • You can independently identify and resolve problems at the individual customer level and at the macro product level
