Job Summary
An energy company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Lead.
Must be able to:
- Serve as the highest level of customer issue escalation from the call center and call center management
- Assist Legal and Quality Assurance teams with responding to regulatory complaints
- Review and manage all online and social media account direct communications
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or greater
- Previous experience in the energy industry, service contracts, or financial contracts
- Proficient at multitasking between phone calls, emails, chat, and social media
- Experience with understanding customer data and trends
- You provide outstanding internal and external customer service
- You can independently identify and resolve problems at the individual customer level and at the macro product level
