Job Summary
A sports technology company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Lead.
Must be able to:
- Be responsible for monitoring and reporting on customer success metrics for your macro-region
- Organize/execute training for the CS team, help onboarding new Customer Success Managers
- Oversee engagement activity, ensuring CSMs run consistently
Position Requirements Include:
- Can mentor, train and coach team members, bringing senior experience to the team
- Able to l partner and work closely with Implementation, Support, Solution Consultants across the macro-region
- Esposure to renewal performance, retention rate, churn, downgrade, engagement KPIs, NPS
- Able to suggest changes and adaptations
- Can provide key findings of engagement touch points and internal feedback
