Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, VoIP, or communications software
- Experience managing a book of business with ownership over retention and growth
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- High level of accountability and autonomy
