Job Summary

A customer service company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Contacting and welcoming new clients and guiding them on how to best use Market Hero
  • Helping new customers with marketing strategies
  • Conducting live training multiple times a week and doing on boarding classes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Past experience in customer success,training and customer support
  • Knowledge and a genuine interest of email marketing, marketing automation, & marketing in general
  • Being able to comfortably manage multiple phone calls, emails, and customer issues every day
  • An understanding of improving churn and customer retention as well as a genuine care for customers success
  • Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
