Job Summary
A customer service company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Contacting and welcoming new clients and guiding them on how to best use Market Hero
- Helping new customers with marketing strategies
- Conducting live training multiple times a week and doing on boarding classes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Past experience in customer success,training and customer support
- Knowledge and a genuine interest of email marketing, marketing automation, & marketing in general
- Being able to comfortably manage multiple phone calls, emails, and customer issues every day
- An understanding of improving churn and customer retention as well as a genuine care for customers success
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
