Job Summary

A website management platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver quarterly business reviews
  • Develop and grow accounts
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with clients

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Customer-facing role
  • 3- 5 yrs of success manager experience in technology
  • A proven track record in managing clients, client retention, and growth
  • BA or BS or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of Git, the command line, and familiarity with Drupal or Wordpress
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
