Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist customers to seek out opportunities
- Provide updates, executive summaries, and guidance
- Lead or participate in root cause analysis
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 20% travel required
- 2+ years experience in project management
- 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years' experience in the Healthcare Industry
- 3-5 years' experience and proven track record of successfully managing B2B customer relationships
