Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist customers to seek out opportunities
  • Provide updates, executive summaries, and guidance
  • Lead or participate in root cause analysis

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 20% travel required
  • 2+ years experience in project management
  • 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years' experience in the Healthcare Industry
  • 3-5 years' experience and proven track record of successfully managing B2B customer relationships
