Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Assist customers to seek out opportunities to expand their usage and adoption of their IWCS solutions
  • Develop and execute regular Strategic Customer Success Plans in partnership with your assigned accounts
  • Drive Customer Engagement for all IWCS Voice of the Customer programs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer account management or project management roles
  • Previous experience with McKesson Radiology or McKesson Cardiology Applications or similar PACS/CPACS systems
  • Experience working with large and complex customers
  • Strong background in Health Care services and Hospital department-level operations
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective escalation management skills
