Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Assist customers to seek out opportunities to expand their usage and adoption of their IWCS solutions
- Develop and execute regular Strategic Customer Success Plans in partnership with your assigned accounts
- Drive Customer Engagement for all IWCS Voice of the Customer programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer account management or project management roles
- Previous experience with McKesson Radiology or McKesson Cardiology Applications or similar PACS/CPACS systems
- Experience working with large and complex customers
- Strong background in Health Care services and Hospital department-level operations
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective escalation management skills
