Job Summary

A provider of enterprise software and solutions has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Renew existing subscribers
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing subscriber accounts
  • Demo products/services to service subscribers

Qualifications Include:

  • Attending internal and external events to understand products and markets
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, a customer service field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong, proven sales skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship development skills
  • Strong verbal/telephone and written/electronic communication skills
