Job Summary
A digital health therapy programs startup is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Foster and manage strong, strategic, long-term client relationships
- Monitor project planning and progress tracking
- Communicate ongoing outcomes reports to client on a regular basis
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Give presentations and trainings, and travel to client sites as needed
- Successfully managed complex projects
- A bachelor's degree and four or more years of relevant professional experience
