Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Partnering with the customer to establish a transformational Business Roadmap
  • Managing high volume of programmatic interactions
  • Reviewing customer usage of software

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
