Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing the customer success team on the US West Coast
  • Being responsible for delivering low gross churn, high software adoption, and expansion of additional products
  • Driving strategic conversations with some of the company's largest customers

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years experience both as an individual contributor and a manager in a software company
  • Management level experience within customer success
  • Experience with modern customer success strategies, sales, delivery, and revenue management
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit/build/retain teams
  • Proven track record of success in a fast growing business
  • Strong client relationship skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization
