An emergency communication company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Welcoming new customers
  • Advocating for your Customers regarding any issues they are having
  • Capturing input for new product features

Required Skills:

  • Face-to-face meetings
  • Previous PSAP experience as trainer, supervisor, manager, or director
  • Energetic, organized, service oriented
  • Strong problem solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • Understanding of different PSAP technologies and workflows
  • Ability to consult agencies on best use of RapidSOS integrations for many use cases
