Job Summary
A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning overall relationship with assigned clients
- Developing, preparing, and nurturing customers for advocacy
- Program managing account escalations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Periodic meetings at our San Jose offices and travel to customer sites in the US and Europe
- 3+ years of relevant enterprise software experience
- Prior experience in Customer Success
- Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s)
- Strong team player but still a self-starter
- Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
