Job Summary

A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Developing, preparing, and nurturing customers for advocacy
  • Program managing account escalations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Periodic meetings at our San Jose offices and travel to customer sites in the US and Europe
  • 3+ years of relevant enterprise software experience
  • Prior experience in Customer Success
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s)
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter
  • Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
