Job Summary

A startup company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining customer relationships across defined patch of current customers
  • Managing customer requests
  • Driving renewals and upselling opportunities in partnership with Sales

Qualifications Include:

  • This position requires some travel
  • 5 years experience in a strategic account role
  • 3 years interfacing directly with customers at large brands
  • Experience with technology, and ideally, SaaS solutions
  • Strong communication and writing skills
