Job Summary

A cloud services company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary contact and advocate for our customers
  • Working with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborating with Marketing to continuously refine our materials

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel 40% of the time
  • Experience in manufacturing, heavy equipment, plant industry
  • 5 plus years’ experience in Customer Success for a software company
  • Or 4+ year’s experience as a CSM for manufacturing software
  • 3 plus years of proven experience directly leading other people
  • Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment
