Job Summary
An education technology software provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers
- Own the account handoff from sale to renewal
- Identify upsell opportunities through analyzing data
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Has been a teacher for K-12 students in a public school in the US
- Has been part of a Customer Success or Account Management team
- Has a passion for education
- Comfort with using a variety of software (Google Suite, Excel, Salesforce, etc)
- High EQ, hustle, a can-do attitude, ability to work effectively on a small team
- Extreme attention to detail
