Job Summary
A venture capital and private equity firm is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Tracking ongoing customer satisfaction and provide reports
- Defining and executing customer success strategy
- Serving as trusted advisor
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time and work on site 2 days a week
- 5\u002D7 years experience in a customer facing role in a technology SaaS Company
- Experience working with large and complex enterprise accounts
- Proven experience in delivering a\u0026nbsp\u003Bsuccessful collaboration
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies
- Comfortable with establishing contacts and maintaining relationships at all levels
