Job Summary

A venture capital and private equity firm is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Tracking ongoing customer satisfaction and provide reports
  • Defining and executing customer success strategy
  • Serving as trusted advisor

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Willing to travel up to 20% of the time and work on site 2 days a week
  • 5\u002D7 years experience in a customer facing role in a technology SaaS Company
  • Experience working with large and complex enterprise accounts
  • Proven experience in delivering a\u0026nbsp\u003Bsuccessful collaboration
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies
  • Comfortable with establishing contacts and maintaining relationships at all levels
