Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Acting as key point of contact for customer relationships
  • Welcoming and engaging customers at strategic and tactical levels
  • Developing and managing remediation plans to alleviate customer challenges

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Post-secondary educational degree
  • Minimum 4-6 years of project and/or client management experience
  • Ability to manage and be accountable for your book of business
  • Strong aptitude for technology and ability/desire to learn new software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel)
  • Professional (even dynamic) presence, presentation and public speaking skill
