Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Acting as key point of contact for customer relationships
- Welcoming and engaging customers at strategic and tactical levels
- Developing and managing remediation plans to alleviate customer challenges
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Post-secondary educational degree
- Minimum 4-6 years of project and/or client management experience
- Ability to manage and be accountable for your book of business
- Strong aptitude for technology and ability/desire to learn new software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel)
- Professional (even dynamic) presence, presentation and public speaking skill
