Job Summary

A WebOps platform is in need of a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure an exceptional experience for our customers and partners
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with our customers
  • Engage closely with the Program Lead and Executive Sponsor of each customer

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3-5 years of Customer Success Manager experience in technology
  • Working knowledge of Git and the command line
  • Familiarity with Drupal and Wordpress
  • Salesforce or similar CRM systems proficiency
  • Proven track record in managing clients, client retention, and growth
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to manage tough conversations
