Job Summary

A workforce management software developer has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building strong, trusted, and influential relationships with strategic customers
  • Developing and executing customer success plans to drive adoption
  • Maintaining customer account activity history and other health indicators

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability and willingness to travel at least 25% of the year
  • 5+ years relevant experience of enterprise account management
  • Successfully managed a team and $4-10M ARR portfolio
  • Strong familiarity with work and resource management industry
  • Experienced in promoting complex SaaS solution value-add to enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and strong desire to learn new approaches to solve problems
