A workforce management software developer has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building strong, trusted, and influential relationships with strategic customers
- Developing and executing customer success plans to drive adoption
- Maintaining customer account activity history and other health indicators
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability and willingness to travel at least 25% of the year
- 5+ years relevant experience of enterprise account management
- Successfully managed a team and $4-10M ARR portfolio
- Strong familiarity with work and resource management industry
- Experienced in promoting complex SaaS solution value-add to enterprise customers
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and strong desire to learn new approaches to solve problems
