Job Summary

A creative and marketing services company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Achieving channel partner support objectives
  • Preparing and completing sales plans objectives
  • Identifying customer service trends and system or standard operating procedures

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience in digital/online advertising
  • SaaS platform experience
  • Able to excel under pressure
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
