Job Summary
A creative and marketing services company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Achieving channel partner support objectives
- Preparing and completing sales plans objectives
- Identifying customer service trends and system or standard operating procedures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience in digital/online advertising
- SaaS platform experience
- Able to excel under pressure
- Superior written and oral communication skills
