A staffing company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning relationship with customer and their success
- Partnering with the customer to establish a transformational Business Roadmap/Blueprint
- Working with customers to establish critical goals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Customer Success, Engagement or Services function for a product / SAAS company
- Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment
- Ability to come up to speed on technology quickly
- Proven track record leading customer engagements
